I am sorry to learn that you are disappointed that we could not provide full cover for your mobile phone and that this was not highlighted to you at the time of purchase.
We will provide cover for your valuable items up to an amount dependant on the level of cover you purchase, but an upgrade is required should your valuables exceed that limit.

Found the policy a little limiting as was split into EU and other destinations and did not cover us for taking a day trip to Morocco when staying in Malaga. Price was very good however.
Great service and so easy to arrange on the phone.
