good website and easy to choose options, just a shame the policy emailed to me did not have the option to view in browser,, so hard to read and print out.

I think the "medical declaration" should be more clear.
Also I chose Debenhams travel insurance as I received a flyer with my monthly account details say "Exclusive Discount for Cardholders" etc etc., I have received nothing for deciding to take Debenhams Travel Insurance.

Hi Allison. I am sorry to learn of the difficulties that you have experienced in receiving your documents. I can see that a work email address was used when setting up your policy; there are usually tighter security measures when using a work email address, often resulting in certain mail not filtering through. I am pleased that the sales advisor was able to rectify the problem. It is true that the sales team take a lot of calls, but they always ensure that each call is handled professionally and efficiently. Terms and conditions state that the gift card will be sent out to you within 60 days from purchasing your policy. I will request that this is sent to you in the post. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
