insurance cover was the 5* annual cover same as last years that i had, but as a previous customer i would have thought i would have got a 20% off this time or a £25 voucher for renewing as a existing...
Was renewing travel insurance had no issues doing this

I have always used Debenhams to travel to Europe because I get good value for money. This time around I had purchased a yearly one which is good as I will be traveling a lot more in the future.
