No, this is certainly not our attitude towards customer service and I’m deeply sorry if a sense of disinterest came across in our correspondence. This particular Christmas period caused a great deal of delays at US Customs and although we have worked tirelessly to prevent this happening with future orders, there was nothing we could do to hurry those already held. I hope you’ll continue with us despite this bad recent experience in confidence that it is most unlikely to happen again.

There was an unusually long delay with this tie arriving with us from our suppliers. I’m so sorry that we let you down on this occasion, but I can assure you that a 2 months wait is extremely rare and I’d go so far as to say – unheard of! Thank you for your patience and for compliments over our products.
