This is indeed very strange and we're sorry that you have experienced some issues with the non-iron aspect of your new Lilac Purple Non-Iron Pinpoint Oxford Grid Check Shirt. It's such a beautiful shirt, and it should behave in exactly the same way as the others you have purchased (and that we're delighted to see you are very happy with) when washed, dried and cared for in the same manner. We'll be in touch to assist with offering a return/exchange on this one, as we wouldn't wish for you to be left with a shirt that isn't 100% to your liking.
