Dear David, thank you for your feedback. I believe Simon has been in touch to explain that in this instance, Ford were not willing to contribute to the replacement of the headlight unit and that it was Crusader who have paid for the new part. The latest information is that this is due to the dealer on the 28th December and we will have it out to you as soon as we can.
I can only apologise that the cracked headlamp unit has taken the shine off of your experience with us; it is not what anyone wants with a new vehicle. Hopefully the work we have done to rectify this has gone some way to making up for the issues you have faced.
