Simple cover that’s clear what is and isn’t covered. Obviously understand what students need. Recommend a friend is useful too to make a bit of extra money. Annoying that charge extra £5 for anything...

We do charge a small fee of £5 for telephone bookings to help cover our additional costs for staff, phone system etc. But our staff will happily guide customers through the online process if they wish to save the £5 booking fee. Thank you for your response .I can confirm your policy is in place. Sometimes the confirmation email can hit peoples spam/junk folders depending on the security settings as it is an automated email containing attachments.I have manually emailed you your policy documents from our customer services email account. Please let me know if you don't receive the email and I will issue them in the post. Kind regards Michael
