Fairly treated in difficult times

Very attentive staff, but cover for health was delayed by two weeks so not perfect!

Thanks for your feedback on your Study Abroad travel Insurance policy. The 2 week delay on Medical claims only applies to people that have already travelled. Most travel insurance companies won't offer any cover once you have left the UK, but fortunately our underwriter has agreed to offer cover on the Study Abroad product provided customers meet certain criteria and there is a 2 week exclusion for medical claims.
