Where is my paper copy of the insurance policy?

Well, haven't got the paper copy of the policy for the landlord. So not happy

Hi, we are still working from home, as a result no paper copies are currently being issued in the post. Once we return to the office, we will issue documents again in the post. If you need to provide your landlord with proof of insurance you could forward him a copy of your confirmation email which will have your policy documents attached. I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope you appreciate that as our staff are able to work from home at the moment we are allowing them to do so in order to protect them and ensure that we are able to provide our customers with the best possible service during these challenging times.
