We have looked into your order and can only apologise that there was a delay to your order. The lead time quoted at the time of order is an estimated lead time and, while we do our best to deliver in the time quoted, there are occasionally delays that are out of our control.
With regards to Mr Shotton, he was, at the time of your email, out of the country and your email was passed to our operations manager to handle. We can only apologise if you feel that your issue was not handled well enough by our senior management but please accept our assurances that your issue was given attention and dealt with as promptly as possible and that our operations manager offered you the best gesture f goodwill he was able to.
