Staff all very helpful but inexplicable delay on my item. I had to ring a couple of times to find out why delayed.

Unfortunately, we do sometimes have unexpected delays and can only apologise if you were not kept informed of your orders progress. We are however very glad that you are pleased with your console table and thank you for leaving such a helpful and thorough review it really is appreciated.

I was informed approx when it would be delivered from the outset, and it was. I would use the company again and recommend it, could not fault anything.

and erected the table and chairs quickly. They offered me advice on how to care
for my furniture.
I got my furniture after 9 weeks,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry that your order took longer to deliver than originally quoted. Unfortunately, we do sometimes experience delays beyond our control when getting furniture from our suppliers.

We all have bad days, or want to finish early - whatever the issue attitude should be left in the van and not brought to customers door. Awaiting another delivery on Thursday and as it's Christmas...
