Having looked into your order it appears that you actually ordered 2 different sofas. One standard 3 seater and one 3 seater (small) which do have different heights in order to keep the overall proportions of the sofa.
We are sorry if this was not explained to you adequately at time of purchase but having spoken to the sales person it seems that you saw the small 3 seater in the store and that the sales person showed you the dimensions of the larger 3 seater.
We can only apologise that your experience shopping with us was not as you expected but are unfortunately unable to assist you further in this instance.

The salesman did not get back in touch with us as promised on a number of occasions. I phoned and asked to speak to him a number of times and was told he was busy. Not impressed!
