only issue was the settee had wrong bolsters on them
waiting for correct ones. They were ordered correctly by John
but made up incorrectly wrong material
The advice I received was excellent. It was only given when I asked and was very pertinent thus helping me make an appropriate decision.
Delivery was spot on and very helpful people

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry that your experience with us was not of the standard you expected.
Having looked into your order it appears that the lamps were on a 4 - 6 week lead time when you ordered them. We can only apologise that they arrived at the end of this lead time.With regards to the replacements we can only apologise that you were not informed sooner that the lamps had arrived into store.
Once again, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that your experience with us was not of the standard it should have been and hope that you will be willing to shop with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. The reason we charge a standard delivery charge is that there is a lot more work involved in delivering furniture than smaller items and we send a professional two man delivery team as well as delivering to a room of the customer's choosing and removing all packaging.
Having checked your order we believe that you arranged to collect your order from our warehouse and that this was satisfactory.
We are sorry that you were unhappy with our delivery charge and hope that this will not prevent you from shopping with us again in the future.
