We were at the cashiers desk for over one hour. They did not appear to know what they were doing. Goods delivered earlier then expected. Which is a plus.

Having looked into your order it seems that you took out finance with us which will, naturally, take a little longer than a cash transaction but should definitely not take an hour. Please accept our assurances that we will look into this to find out why it took as long as it did to complete your order.

The delivery was on time and the delivery men were very careful with the furniture. They put a blanket on the floor while the assembled the table as not to scratch both the table or the floor.

First of all, we are very sorry that there was a miscommunication with our sales person and your comments have been passed along to ensure that they are clear in the future that we are unfortunately unable to collect old furniture ourselves but that we do recommend that goods are passed to local charities for recycling.
With regards to your delivery we are sorry that the service you received from our delivery team was not of the standard expected, by either you or us, and can only apologise for this.

The service was good the delivery came in the indicated delivery slot. The delivery men brought the furniture in and unwrapped it and placed where we wanted it and took away all the wrappings.
