We are pleased that you were satisfied with the service you have received however, it is disappointing that you were not totally happy with the quality of your headboard. We use a variety of manufacturers for our headboards and it appears to be an industry standard the way they are packaged. The struts that attach the headboard to your diven are also standard struts. Your product is supplied complete with a guarantee so if you have any concerns in the future, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us directly.
I cannot fault the service received from Cousins especially the delivery guys, I have not met such helpful, obliging delivery people they are a credit to Cousins.

We are sorry that you had a problem assembling your bedstead. As the item was brought as an ex display model, the original manufacturing packaging had been removed. We would have been happy to assist from one of our departments in store and could also have arranged for the instructions to have been sent out to you if we had been aware at the time that you were experiencing difficulties.
