We sincerely apologise how the situation was handled about recieving the incorrect aftercare and the miscommunication that you experienced.
We have looked at the history of your order and it states here that the store did make ammends to your order as soon as possible as you have recieved the fabric sofa instead of the leather.
Once again we do apologise for the mishap in relation to the material choice and the price difference that had to be adhered to when it came to completing your order.

Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback. Unfortunately our supplier has had major delays with their products and this had led to problems with a vast majority of their orders. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope the furniture is now making up for delayed delivery.
Whilst we were happy with the product, having been told in store delivery was 12 weeks the invoice then said 16 weeks and product was finally delivered after around 19 weeks.
