Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback. Unfortunately in this case the delay was caused by the transfer from ourselves to our external courier who deals with long distance deliveries. That led to the actual delivery time being slightly longer than the original estimation. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused during this process and hope to see you in the future to make up for any trouble caused.
Good service, helpful staff although somebody should have checked with us at purchase regarding access to our property so we'd have known up front about the extra delivery charges.
