My score would have been excellent but it took ages to sort the payment out due to the salesman being a little inefficient. Also the lady at the till wasn't the most friendly! The delivery guys are...

the salesman was very helpful and guided us to what furniture would suit us best
Although the price for the item was the best I could find it was 16 days before it was delivered (it was only a worktop saver) and I had to email twice.
