Unhelpful and rude on the phone. Poor service. Showroom mattress felt completely different to one delivered and because it takes 6 weeks to deliver cannot even refund or exchange product.

We do apologise if you were not happy with the mattress you have received, sorry to cause any inconvenience. Unfortunately in this circumstance, we are unable to allow any refunds as the mattress you have received in your home has been used, this is also due to health and hygiene regulations. We understand that you have not received the customer service you would like to experience with us at Cousins Furniture and we do sincerely apologise for this. We shall try and do our best in future to bring a better experience in our stores to our customers.

Reliable service with helpful staff. The stores carry a good range of furniture in all departments and the website is easy to navigate. Delivery guys are great.
