Suite had terrible smell when delivered despite ringing and being fobbed off with another tel no where we had to leave message and then E mailing no one has contacted us !

We do apologise that you are not happy with your sofa, it is not in our intention to have our customers receive this type of experience upon the arrival of their purchase.
With brand new sofas, they do consist an odor from its process of production. Unfortunately, this is something that is unavoidable and we do sincerely apologise for this.
