With regard to the bookcase itself, as you said, it is made from natural materials which leads to variation between pieces.

Found items here that I've not seen in other furniture stores and at competative prices.
Have not always been pleased with previous furniture buys but in fairness they
did resolve the issue and offered a replacement, which is why I have dealt
with Cousins again.
Had no problem with the service as such. However we ordered a double bed as that is what we had already. However on receiving the delivery it appears that double beds have changed size and we could...

We are sorry that you experienced a delay to your order. Unfortunately, due to the festive period we were unable to obtain your sofas from the manufacturer as quickly as normal and for this we can only apologise.
Having checked your order we do believe that the store gave you some loan furniture by way of apology while we were waiting for your order to arrive into stock and we hope that this reduced the inconvenience for you.

We are unaware of any changes to the sizes of beds and as far as we are aware a double bed has always been 135cm and a kingsize 150cm. Your comments have been passed to management so that if this is the case our sales staff can ensure that other customers are made aware of any changes.
