We had to wait 3 months plus for these items. At the time of ordering we were told the chairs were in stock but the table was not even though it was in the sale. We think we were deliberately misled.

We are sorry that you are not happy with the service you received in store. Although we do have large stocks of furniture ready to be dispatched we also, like most furniture stores, order furniture from our suppliers when it is ordered by our customers as this allows us to display our full range in store.
Unfortunately, on this occasion, we did not already have stock of the table you ordered which is why you were loaned a table while we were waiting for yours to come into stock.
Once again, thank you for your feedback and we hope that this experience will not prevent you shopping with us in the future.
Products are good but delivery charge is extortionate, will factor that into any future purchases I make. Also, Cousins need to narrow down delivery times at the very least to am/pm. Working...
