Ordered over 5k of furniture. Received items late and no contact from Cousins. The delivery charge should have been waived at least.

It is normal procedure for the stores to keep customers updated on the progress of their orders and can only apologise that this does not appear to have happened in your case. Arrived to pick up item only to find all computers down,told by staff nothing could be done until computers back on line.The members of staff finally sorted out problem by calling the manchester...
Delighted all round! Fantastic quality couch which we had made to measure, dining room suite first class. Service and delivery also impressive.

Furniture quality is great. All sales staff good but found one sales man not so helpful. Also were over charged on each piece of furniture and had to go back twice to sort it. Warehouse collection...
