Whilst we have received various emails updating us on our order we still await the delivery of kindling from 19 September despite an email saying it was out for delivery 5 October. Really...

Wood was great, and deal on coals to try them was great. Communication really needs working on as I was stuck in pending limbo for weeks before I received an email to tell me my local depo was busy,...

Thank you for your feedback. As been provided with email address an email should have been sent the day before delivery to confirm the date.
