despicable bunch of thieves. they rent you a car for the weekend, delivered back on Sunday, but they are closed on Sunday and sneakily charge you an extra 40 quid for dropping the keys off alone....

Bad experience
We should have recuperated GBP 35 from CitiRental, but the mails we sent were not replied to. When we called, we were sent from one person to the other, without ever getting the help or info required.
