Don't reply to emails about problems. These include being charged extra because the post office think the boxes are too big. Costly varifocals are no better than the cheaper ones

All my previous experiences with you have been excellent. This time my glasses were returned in an unusable state due to the screws on the arms being too tight. I cannot believe nobody noticed this...
