Thanks for your feedback. It is such a shame your order did not meet your expectations on this occasion. I can see that both the return and refund have been processed for you, and the amount was credited back to your original form of payment on 24/7/26. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your card provider's processing times. If you need any further help please contact us.

We sincerely appreciate your business and your valuable feedback.

We’re really grateful and appreciate you taking the time to share your rating with us. Thanks for shopping with Chums.

Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to see that you felt our customer service was poor. Having reviewed your account, I have been unable to find any record of contact with our Customer Services team regarding this order. As a result, we have not had the opportunity to discuss any concerns or assist you directly. I can see that your order was delivered within our advertised 3-5 working day delivery time frame. I also note that the item was subsequently returned, with the reason given that it was not as expected. We always welcome customer feedback as it helps us to improve our service. If there was a specific aspect of your experience that led to your rating, we would be grateful if you could provide further details so that we can better understand your concerns and address them where possible.
