Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the delivery time of your order. Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that the delivery was completed within the timescales advertised on our website. Our standard delivery service is estimated at up to 3-5 working days, while items dispatched directly from a supplier can take up to 10 working days to arrive. We can see that all three items from your order were delivered within 4 working days of being placed. As such, the delivery was completed within the expected time frame advised at the point of purchase. We appreciate that you may have hoped to receive your items sooner, and we understand how disappointing this can be. However, on this occasion, the order was delivered within our stated delivery times.

Thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your disappointment. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly as you were expecting to receive your order. As requested, a full refund has been processed. However, we understand that this does not make up for the inconvenience caused or the poor experience you have had. Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues encountered with the delivery of your order. While we work closely with our courier partners to provide a reliable service, we regret that on this occasion the service fell below both your expectations and ours. We are sorry to learn that this experience has led you to decide not to order from us again. We value your feedback and will ensure your comments are noted.
