thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback - we have been selling Chimney Caps for nearly a decade and this is possibly the first reaction we've experienced regarding our very cost effective price. I would personal put the Chimney Cap in the category of one of the best and most effective designs, UK and World Over. It provides 100% protection of the flue against rain, hail, snow, nesting birds, leaves etc. - protecting it from damage while still allowing ventilation of the flue. In my experience its hugely cost effective and more costly effective than the repair to people Chimneys and loss of heat from Chimney (speaking from experience too).
I'm very, very confident that you'll be very pleased with your Chimney Cap and will be able to see a monetary return on your investment in the very short term.

Thank your for your email in relation to the box - we take a huge amount of pride and care to ensure our products reach our customers in their very best condition. Apologies if the box appeared to be a little weak in this instance. (Our boxes are put through a rigorous testing program and in addition to ensuring our products are packaged safely they also make perfect 'Dens' according to my God Daughters, aged 7 and 5).
