Hi Maryam. I have just taken a look at your order and email thread with one of our sales team. You ordered a box of 12oz Cups and this is exactly what you have received. You mentioned in your emails that our cups aren't the same size as your previous 12oz cups. However as this was your first order with us then our 12oz cups may not necessarily be the exact same size as your cups from a different supplier, they will hold the same amount of liquid though. As you were told by email if the cups are unused then please feel free to return them to us and we can issue you a refund for these. Apologies for any confusion caused with this order though but after looking at the photos you sent us, you received the correct item. Kind Regards, The Cater For You Team.

Good morning. I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't get your parcel until 2pm despite paying for the Pre 12 service. Unfortunately we don't have any say in the time slots/deliveries as we use DPD as our courier service rather than doing the deliveries ourselves. This is the first we were aware of your delivery arriving late so I completely get your frustration. I will get your shipping fee refunded immediately as you didn't get the goods when expected. If you had let us know straight away by phone or email then we could have actioned this refund sooner.
