Good afternoon. Thanks for your feedback but we're sorry the goods arrived crushed. We use fragile tape to avoid situations like this but sometimes the goods can have a rough ride in transit. Can I ask if the items were damaged in anyway? If so we would be happy to help rectify this and organise replacements. Apologies again for the condition these arrived.
