Excellent customer service!
I had a problem installing the new cartridge, which was completely my fault, and not the product. Customer service were brilliant. So helpful and patient!!

The 511 cartridge I fitted using the poor quality picture style instructions has not worked and the printer is now disabled. I am not able to use colour or black print. I have now spent £66 on two...
