Thank you very much for the feedback given. We do take all criticism very seriously and i can see from the notes that Andy (your original advisor) was off for a few days when Tony took over. The particular team you were allocated too has been short on staff numbers recently and we're working hard to boost levels to support customers like yourself.
Speed & customer service is something we're working on vigorously and this feedback allows us to pinpoint areas for improvement.
