We understand that you had requested to stay in the same accommodation as your friends who were travelling under a separate booking. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of specific accommodation at the time of booking, particularly during busy periods. Our reservations team tried their best to match your itinerary to your friends as much as possible so we are disappointed to hear you weren't satisfied with the arrangements.
