Thank you for your feedback from your recent pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago. We propose hotels in a proposal, they cannot be guaranteed until they are booked. In the event that we cannot provide the hotel in a proposal (which unfortunately happened in your case) we arrange a hotel of the same standard and quality as listed on your proposal. In the event that we cannot provide the hotel on a proposal (your case, unfortunately) we arrange a hotel of the same standard and quality as listed on your proposal.
