thanks for travelling with us and than you for your feedback. Unfortunately when making reservations with very small family run hotels in very small towns it can take some time to confirm all bookings however we apologise for the delay. The Via Francigena walking notes provided are the best available on the market at the moment but we are continuously trying to improve them. With regards to luggage transfer we believe €10 per day to taxi one piece luggage from one town to the next is a fair price. Kindest Regards Maria, CaminoWays.com
