Thank you for your feedback, Tom. As discussed with our travel consultants, we were disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your experience as all hotels provided for your trip were our first choice and as such the very best on every town. We also provided luggage transfers that worked without fail, along with half board meals. It is true that one can complete the trip at a lower cost without a company such as ours organising the trip, however we do believe we charge a fair price for what is provided and the work involved. I repeat I did not get what I paid for.On two occasions I was told that dinner was not included in the deal.That was the first night in Sarria and the last in Santiago.I had to pay for my evening meal.

dinner is not included on the first and last night of our self-guided tours, unless otherwise requested. Dinner on those two nights was therefore not included in the suggested itinerary or charged for. Apologies if this caused any inconvenience. Kindest Regards Maria, CaminoWays.com
