They delivered my materials on the wrong date meaning that my wife had to carry 8x4 plasterboard etc into the house alone damaging the boards and my eardrums!

Thank you for your feedback. Delivery was made 1 week early as agreed prior to this delivery. Our driver are not able to enter your property, so although it is a shame your wife caused damage carriying this into the house, this damage was out of our control.
