Using the website I found a nightmare as I was unable to finish my booking as I was unable to click on the booking button but once I rang up the company they couldn't have been more helpful

Would use the service again and hope the hotel experience is as good.
Lady I spoke to was very helpful & friendly.

So easy to use and navigate round. All the extra information was on the page so I didn't have to look separate for everything I needed to know for the area, hotel, stuff for kids etc

Disappointed
Great booking experience - bit disappointed when arrived and no booming was made. 10 hour day at Lego land ended in two very sleepy children and parents-
