Hello, I am sorry for the delay in you receiving this item. This should have left us on Friday 30th, but our regular Interlink driver was off for Christmas and the temporary driver wasn't instructed to make a collection that day. I am not sure what the delay was that meant it wasn't delivered yesterday, but I can see from the tracking that this item is out for delivery today and will be with you between 13.42 and 14.42. Once again sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay in you receiving this bird feeder.
