Dear Alistair, thank you for your feedback! Your opinion is very important to us. With regards to CELTA course assessment, a thorough interview process is always carried out prior to accepting a trainee on the course. Our Academic Team felt that with some support you could have completed the course as our other trainees with dyslexia have done in the past. There were encouraging signs and you clearly were able to convey meaning and establish rapport. We would be happy to discuss the possibility of reinstating you on a future courses should you be willing to give it another go. Please do get in touch with us to discuss this option.
