Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service received at our school. 

As you know all our students take a level test on their first day and we take great care to place all students in a class of the appropriate English level. We encourage students to give us feedback about their class and teacher, but I hope you can understand that it's not simply possible to change a class on a students request. We have a formal procedure for changing class where your level and complaint is assessed by our Course Manager together with your teacher to ensure any changes made would be to your benefit. I understand our Course Manager was trying to resolve your complaint with you, but unfortunately you decided to leave the school early.
