On our outward journey the cabin manager came and personally spoke to us which us a nice gesture and means a lot as a gold member.

The holiday was great overall. The flights ok. Disappointing only get a cereal bar or biscuits free. Return flight was an hour and 20 minutes late leaving. I think could have given out a free Hot...
