The customer services were very poor at the reception area dealing with our complaint that there was a leak in the caravan..the previous people had left a medical bag in the caravan so it wasn't...

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the standard of your accommodation. Our aim is to provide great value holidays and accommodation. Quality is as important as value and we therefore expect our partners to provide accommodation which is - at a minimum - clean, comfortable and meets the criteria as described in the pre-booking information. We are sorry that this wasn't the case for your original caravan. We are glad to hear, however, that the park responded to your complaint. Sorry as the money you paid for your early check in is passed onto the holiday park operator we are unable to refund it to you.

Great Service

Excellent service after booking for 2 we noticed the reservations was a 4 berth after a few weeks we asked if we could upgrade to 4 people and was told tthat was fine. Many Thanks R Milner
