Thanks for the feedback. Completely understand your point too. The drivers are not supposed to leave items without a signature unless they've had instruction from the customer. Sorry for the stress :-(

Apologies for the error. Unfortunately this does sometimes happen when we're busy. Not an excuse, just an explanation. I have already arranged for the missing items to be sent out to you. Pls let me know once you have them and I'll arrange a 10% refund for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the feedback. Whilst there was a message on the delivery page outlining our opening times between Christmas and new year, it has been pointed out by several customers that they did not see it. Lesson learned for next year! Really sorry you had to wait a little longer for your boxes. All the best for 2016 :-)

Thanks for the review. We did actually have the seasonal delivery times on the delivery info page but you've not been the first to mention that it could have been more visible. Sorry, we will make sure it's more clear next time. Happy New Year!
