Improve the actual website! I've suggested multiple ways they could improve the website which have all gone unheard over the years.
Remove timed logouts as i'm fed up of trying to log back in...

Great selection of games but I guess the games I really want to try I quite popular so I receive titles lower in my list. Games are dispatched quickly once I've sent back.
