Hi, thank you for your review of our service. We will always get your game out to you as soon as possible! With New Releases we recommend having an available slot at least 3 days prior to the despatch of the game. This will usually put you in a great position to receive a copy. Our system will allocate games to customers who have had the availability the longest first so essentially the longer you have had a slot for, the better your position will be. We always scan in our games on the date that they arrive back with us. Should you ever find yourself waiting longer than the stated wait time for a game to arrive back or with you, please let us know and we will get it sorted for you right away. We are sorry to hear that the delays led to you cancelling your Account. We do appreciate having you with us whilst you we're using our service!

I can see from your Account that you were looking to rent Switch Games, many of those being of a Niche type. With our older generation titles or those that are of a more Niche type, we will always look to meet demand for the title. We're sorry to hear that the wait time for games led to you cancelling. We are in constant contact with Royal Mail around their service that is provided and any issues that do occur. Since you were last with us, conditions with your Local Depot may have improved, we can always send out a Postal Test to check for you!
