I'm really sorry that you've not been receiving you games recently. I can assure you that none of of staff will have taken your games. I know that we did try an alternative address for your account Matthew and sent a test game but even that was undeliverable.
With regard to items being lost of delayed we send it is around 1% for the whole year of every item we send so it is very rare. When items are lost or delayed regularly we can assume that the postal service might be unreliable and this is why we send test games.
