We're really glad to hear you are enjoying the choice of games and that getting in touch with us is so easy.
Your currently subscribed to our Value 1 £3.99 package which allows you to rent 1 game per month. I completely understand if you are finishing games before the month and want to get something else.
I would suggest the option of upgrading to the Value package as this allow you 2 games per month. The package is £7.99 a month but you can now have access to games that are 3 months or older. Or you could upgrade from a Value 1 to a Value package for 1 week from as little as £1 to get a second game and then when your done downgrade back to your Value 1.
You can upgrade and downgrade your subscription as you wish.

Need more stock to fill customers needs- poor value for money
I was paying top tier subscription for games always displaying "long wait" ...or longer.
And then some days a short wait would turn into a long wait....why ?
It never gave a true account of when...

I'm really sorry to hear you feel you've had a bad service and felt the need to cancel.
We review our wait times on games on a daily basis and if the wait isn't coming down or is too long we will address this and obtain more units of stock.
We have the wait times available for customers as a guide to any potential wait they might have
As we have no late fees or time limits for our customers they can keep games as long as they'd like. This can on occasion increase our wait times. These wait time are updated on a daily basis to give customers an idea of any potential wait they may have. This is why they can change from day to day depending on how many copies we've had returned.
Any wait that customers do have we will award payback points for the number of days you've had to wait. These can be used for discounts, bonus rentals, or saved up for a free rental month.
