Started great soon dissapointed
Started out as a brilliant service games available when I wanted now if I want a title I have to have an empty space available for over 5 days and even then been let down 3 times on new releases.

Thanks for your feedback, We're really sorry to hear you feel the service has become disappointing for you recently. We will always do everything we can to get you the games you want as quickly as possible. For a popular new release game we would advise customers to have a free rental slot for a few days before the games despatch to put themselves in the best position to receive a new release game. For Priority customers we would say 3 days and Unlimited customers like yourself we would advise 5 days. This will put you in a great position to be allocated a copy and anytime you have waited the system will award payback points. We review our wait times on a daily basis and will do everything we can to get the games out to you asap. If you would like any assistance in setting up your account to give yourself the best chance of a new release please feel free to email customersupport@boomerangrentals.co.uk and we'd be happy to help.
